What you'll do:
As our HR Coordinator you will support the administration, automation and digitization of our HR programs and processes. Our team is responsible for a wide variety of work; your role will include supporting workforce planning through scheduling, leave management processing and tracking, talent acquisition, data gathering, and trend analysis. You will proactively identify and escalate potential gaps or trends that could impact the people operations of the organization, while also acting as a support to problem solve and action plan.

What you've got:
We are looking for someone who has a post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, with 2 years of related experience in HR, either in recruitment, scheduling, or HR program administration. To be successful in this role you will have an ability to conduct leading practice research to discover, analyze, and recommend new and innovative processes.
