Reporting to the Director, Information and Analytic Services, you  are responsible for the strategic leadership and overall management of eHealths Information Services team in support of improved patient outcomes and health system management.

As the leader of a cross functional team you will lead a diverse group of individuals with responsibility for data analytics reporting and automation.

You will play an integral  part in the development of the organizations data and analytics strategy, and will be responsible for developing and implementing the units work plan ensuring alignment with organizational and health system priorities.

You require interdepartmental collaboration as well as consultation and collaboration with eHealths external stakeholders to meet health system data and analytics needs.  Additionally, you will serve as an active participant and/or lead Provincial Health System initiatives that involve data and analytics.

Responsible for the overall management of the business unit, including capacity planning and resourcing; developing and managing the budget for the area; recruitment; establishing priorities; assessing performance; coaching and developing employees.
