Expertise managing product delivery in agile environment needed
Lead a multi-disciplinary, agile team responsible for successfully delivering prioritized work. Youll help team leaders clarify next steps and maintain the long-term vision of products. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canadas official languages.

What you'll do:
- Facilitate the agile delivery process
- Collaborate with product owners on priorities and scheduling
- Manage key control processes to reduce risk
- Ensure critical impacts are resolved quickly and remediation is complete
- Build and maintain a high-performing, engaged and empowered team of employees and consultants
- Mentor the team in development planning, workload management, and setting and achieving performance objectives

What you'll need:
- A bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or business administration and at least eight years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- In-depth understanding of risk controls; knowledge of agriculture and lending is an asset
- Record of success using agile methodologies for technology lifecycle management
