Description

The City of Regina is looking for an experienced data and technology professional to work on model migration and data modelling, including variance analysis, shift analysis, and data quality and value audit functions for the Property Assessment Services branch. Naturally curious and a high achiever, this person can understand business requirements, brainstorm innovative solutions, and deliver meaningful results.

What were looking for:  
-You are technically advanced with knowledge of statistical tools, data analysis concepts and techniques, and computer programming.
-You have strong research and analytical skills to identify and benchmark opportunities to improve data quality and facilitate evidence-based decision making
-You are a strong communicator; able to summarize and present findings to various audiences including senior leaders and external stakeholders  
-You are a strategic thinker and problem solver. Someone who can view issues objectively.
