Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of full-time Assistant Team Leader at our C-Store/Gas Bar location in Air Ronge, SK.
Reporting to the Air Ronge/La Ronge Community Operations Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
    Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
    Engage and interact with guests to ensure that all members are completely satisfied with their shopping experience;
    You have completed or are willing to dedicate the time to a comprehensive Gas Bar ADVANCE program
    Assist with:
o    Leading a culture of safety and maximizing operational efficiency
o    Leading the operational team to drive the growth of revenue and productivity
o    Effectively and efficiently managing the development and direction of the reporting team members
o    Ensuring high quality Legendary Service is delivered to internal and external guests at all times
o    Overseeing the sales, margins, expenses, inventory and sales for location
o    Ensuring the location is displaying, stocking and rotating merchandise as per company policy and standards

    You have your grade 12 or equivalent experience; CRS experience would be considered an asset
    You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
    You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are an effective planner and have superb time management skills
    You have POS experience and the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
    You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
