Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the product development team
Presents new products or innovations to the leadership team
Conduct industry research to analyze competitors' products and support product development decisions
Performs analysis of existing products to identify enhancement opportunities
Participate in product pricing and risk selection criteria

Qualifications:
An FCIP designation (Fellowship Chartered Insurance Professional)
Five plus years of underwriting experience with three plus years of demonstrated experience in a product development function
Three plus years of experience supervising a high-performing team
