Damara Day Spa is seeking both full-time and part-time SPA Receptionists at all locations. Individuals must be passionate about the spa experience for all our clientele. Additionally, we require these individuals to bring energy, professionalism, and a profound ability to serve the clientele as a caring and charming host through EVERY touch point.
The successful candidates will be able to assist clients through their booking process with a positive and cheerful attitude while skillfully determining their needs.
Our receptionist responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
General daily duties to support spa operations
Support all team members and leads
Guide clients to services and ensure their comfort
Assist with product selection and sales
Opening and closing procedures
The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills and experience in the following key areas:
Proven ability to multi-task while prioritizing guest care
Sales and customer service experience in a spa setting
Experience with proactive problem-solving and resolutions
Professional demeanour with exceptional attention to detail
Qualifications
Grade 12
Must-haves

Flexible schedule (20-40 hours/week)
