YELLOW QUILL FIRST NATION is a Saulteaux First Nation located approximately 300 kms east of Saskatoon, and 12 kms east of Rose Valley, Saskatchewan. Yellow Quill is seeking a Senior Finance Clerk to join the finance team who will assist the Yellow Quill Health Department in financial, administrative and human resource management and other matters as required and ensures the department has appropriate financial information in a timely manner to support decision-making, accountability and service delivery including communicating results to various stakeholders.

The Position
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Finance Clerk will be responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures, processing and monitoring receipts and revenues, processing the payroll system and benefits administration for the organization. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that finances are up to date, that staff members are paid in a timely and appropriate manner, and suppliers are paid within established time limits.
