Description

Dealing with email accounts of multiple businesses
Taking minutes for the conference calls
Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting and conference
Prepare the presentation and training material for employees
Attend the webinar for the new promotion
Looking after the marketing of the multiple businesses
Data entry (sales figures, inventory and vendors invoicing etc.)
General office management such as ordering stationary
Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and managements
Arranging both internal and external events
Possibly maintaining the multiple businesses social media accounts
Providing administration support to Sales Reps, food service manager and Senior Management
