CARE PROVIDER
Permanent Part-Time Opportunity

Quadriplegic female requires staff to work within her home to provide all aspects of her care. Client requires a ventilator and electric wheelchair to manage daily activities.

    Permanent part-time opportunity available with guaranteed shifts.  
Applicants MUST be able to work ALL shifts: days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Opportunity for more shifts with summer, holiday, and sickness coverage.


Duties would include:
    - Providing all aspects of personal care
    - Monitoring ventilator
    - Accompanying client for all outings
    - Assistance with daily living

Applicants considered:
    - Motivated individuals committed to learning procedures involving personal         care/tracheostomy/ventilation and assistance with independent living in the home and community
    - Special Care Aide/Home Health Aide/Continuing Care Assistant certificate, other medical backgrounds could be considered
    - Current CPR or willingness to obtain
    - Criminal and Vulnerability Record Check is required
    - Valid Drivers License preferred

    - Orientation and on-going training program are provided
    - No allergies to pets
    - Non-smoking home
    - Currently NOT LMIA/LMO Registered

Wage: $ 22.00
