Program: Triple P
Hours: 35 Hours/ week
Location: Yorkton, SK and area
Start Date: start date negotiable
SIGN Triple P is looking for an independent, passionate and experienced facilitator, who is primarily responsible
for the delivery of Triple P programs to parents of children ages 0 16. The successful individual will engage in training and accreditation and will facilitate the Triple P curriculum in Yorkton, Fort QuAppelle and area.

Expectations:
Provide education and facilitation to clients and families that is consistent with the Triple P mandate
Use effective interpersonal skills to communicate complex and sensitive information
Use the Triple P self-regulatory framework model to mentor other practitioners & parents
Provide a consistently high standard of support for parents
Assess, evaluate, plan, and revise program delivery when appropriate
Assist parents in accessing additional community supports and services when appropriate
Prepare and submit accurate reports and records including input of data
Coordinate and implement regular PASS Meetings
Attend and complete trainings and accreditations, as required by the Manager and Triple P
Ability to work flexible hours daytime, evenings and weekends
Travel throughout the Triple P Yorkton & Fort QuAppelle service areas
Qualifications and experience:
Degree, diploma or experience in a field appropriate to the position is preferred
Experience delivering training and teaching in a group setting as well as on an individual basis
Valid Drivers license
A Clean Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Check from RCMP is required
