Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position involves manual labor requiring the use of power tools and air tools, as well as heavy lifting and repetitive movements.  Operation of a forklift and/or heavy truck may also be required.  Experience in these areas is an asset, but training will be provided.

to display a mature and understanding responsible attitude at all times
to promote good work habits
to break down projects into their simplest form, instruct and assign the work to the individual employee
to work alongside employees as required
to be concerned for the individual employee in the areas of self-care, communication and socialization
to assign housekeeping and janitorial duties to individual employees and to ensure that all assigned areas are properly done
to prepare progress reports when requested
to keep accurate daily attendance records
