Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the store owner to improve the sales of the store, and manage the customer service function, including customer inquiry, customer complain and customer visiting.
Check and manage inventory every week, order new supplies if necessary;
Assemble data and prepare sales report every month, analysis sales composition in the end of every month, report the increase or drop of each sales composition to the store owner, find the reason and give advices;
Runs the end of day in POS machine, check the cash flow, and write deposit slips, and deposit the cash/cheque to bank;
Check bill from UPS Courier every week, find and report mistake in the bill if there is one, and make payment for the bill after checking;
Answer customers inquiries regarding price or printing, duration of shipping, and create shipping labels if a customer needs to do so;
Resolves customer issues regarding lose or delay of a parcel, check with UPS customer service center and provide feedback to the customer;
Ensure the store are clean and well organized;
Answer phone calls from customers, and check store email regularly;
Trains new staff in job functions, and supervises employees to ensure correct work procedures are followed; remove potential hazard in work area;
Visit important customers regularly, report and give advises to the store owner after visiting;
Comply with all store policies and procedures
Responsible for opening and closing the store as per key holder duties
Assume such other duties and responsibilities as may from time to time be determined to be necessary by the Employer
Qualifications:
College Diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold is required.
One (1) or two (2) years of work experience in retails service
