Description

We are seeking a full-time Youth Support Worker. The Youth support worker is responsible to provide support and supervision to the youth to assist their successful reunification with family and community.

Eagle's Nest Youth Ranch provides 24 hour quality care, counseling and therapeutic social and educational programs to vulnerable youth. We work collaboratively with youth, families, and community groups to facilitate individual growth and social change that will improve the lives of youth and families in our communities. Youth are provided with a home environment where caring adults provide routines and limits, nurturing and understanding, and teach values and skills required for successful living.

Position requires shift work, awake nights, and holidays.

Requirements include: Knowledge of First Nations culture, traditions, and beliefs, post secondary education in Social Work, YCW, Counseling or other related disciplines or 1-2 years previous work experience in human services.

- valid driver's license
- valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C
