The Sales & Support position, under the direction of the Administration Manager, will perform an array of duties. Duties include answering telephone inquiries, transferring telephone calls and/or taking messages. Taking phone orders and orders received by email and entering the orders into our accounting software program. Provide support to the sales and logistics staff. He/She will schedule our attendance at trade shows, arrange for electrical service, forklift services and make hotel reservations. This position is full time, temporary, full time permanent possible for the right person.
