Accountabilities:
- Complete all paperwork regarding work orders, ie: cost estimates stating what they are needed for keep all receipts and other items as needed and submit said receipts.
- Submit report of completed work orders to supervisor
- Report all work that maintenance staff is unable to do to the Finance & Business Manager
- Assists in the organization, maintenance and general cleanliness of program areas: equipment and appliance cleaning, laundry
- Do scheduled daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance checks of TSA property with priority attention paid to safety concerns and areas needing immediate repair
- Check all fire exits weekly
- Maintain grounds including but not limited to: Green Spaces, Parking Lot etc
- Maintain stock for repairs in an organized and tidy manner
- Make sure tools and equipment are in good working order and full inventory of tools is kept, with one copy in the Maintenance area and one in Administration files
- Meet and organize trades for specific work requirements on site
- Ensure all vehicles follow maintenance schedules
- Perform day to day vehicle inspections and repairs
- Knowledge of typing, filing and computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, Program specific software)

1-3 years of prior related experience including custodial, computer skills and general electrical/plumbing experience
