We are looking for highly talented individuals to help build our sales and profits for existing and potential customers. This involves time in-store evaluating customer needs, providing solutions as well as the hands-on repair of cell phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. Being the face and voice of the business requires a high energy level and ability to adapt to various situations. Must have a love for Apple products and the desire to learn advanced troubleshooting and repair. Come motivated and stay positive!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides onsite and in-shop Apple/PC laptop or desktop computer/server repair.
Mobile device repair (iPhones, iPads, Androids, etc).
Setup Macs and mobile devices.
Knowledge about TV Repair
Possesses In depth Mac OSX and iOS systems as well as Windows PC systems.
Uses problem-solving and people skills to ensure swift resolutions to technical problems.
Provides accurate timelines for repairs and upgrades.
Tests, troubleshoots, diagnoses, replaces and/or repairs computer and mobile hardware failures.
Provide in-store retail customer service as needed.
Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service and product needs in showroom.
Helps customers make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
Shows a positive outlook and outgoing personality as a representative for our brand.
Meet and/or exceed sales and service goals.
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Experimac's services and pricing structure.
Manage the day-to-day schedule for service and sales-centered tasks
