Job Description: The Clinical Resource Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority through the provision of safe quality nursing care to patients. The Clinical Resource Nurse educates, mentors and supports unit staff, promotes patient safety, occupational health and safety and quality improvement on the units.
Required Qualifications

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Community Oncology Program of Saskatchewan
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Organizational skills
Problem solving skills
Leadership skills
Time management skills
Ability to take initiative

Required Qualifications Continued:
Minimum of 3-5 years recent clinical experience in an acute care environment.
Preference given to those with current Dialysis training.
Must successfully complete dialysis training through SK Polytechnic + 3 weeks clinical in Saskatoon.
Expected Start Date: August 29, 2022
FTE: 0.81

Hours of Work: In a 4 week rotation: 12 shifts of 10.10 hours
