Hui Xiao CPA P.C. Inc. is a public accounting firm. Our services include year round accounting, tax, and business advisory. We are currently looking for a administrative assistant to join our team as soon as possible. The office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, and address is 801, 201-21 street east, Saskaton, SK. Canada.

Job type: Permanent full time

Education At least Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience At least one year related working experience

Primary duties and responsibilities

30 hours per week

-Coordinate with clients, accounting practicing manager and other employees to ensure efficient administrative activities

-Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other materials and coordinate the flow of information.

-Update, sort and organize accounting & tax bulletins, publications , and other webinar public resources and materials from CPA association, CRA, Ministry of finance and other accounting professional websites.

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

-Answer phone calls and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages to appropriate person.

-Greet Customers and direct customers to manager or appropriate person

-Basic data entry

10 hours per week

-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for the accounting practicing manager. Booking appointments from the clients and setup meeting with the designated employees

-Determine and establish office procedures and routines

-Order office supplies and maintain proper inventory stocks

-Record and prepare minutes of meetings.

-Arrange travel schedules and make reservations.

-Other duties as assigned.
