Description

Dance City located in Regina, Saskatchewan is seeking to expand our professional and carefully curated administrative team by hiring a Part-Time Studio Coordinator & Client Experience Ambassador, who will work directly with our owners and executive team.

Duties of the Part-Time Studio Coordinator & Client Experience Ambassador will include but are not limited to:

Face of the studio, must live and breathe our studio values while at work
Lead for front desk management
Field in-person, email, phone and social media inquiries
Appointment booking and schedule coordination
Basic administrative assistance
Daily facility preparation
Assist with online store sales
Oversee class rosters and follow-up on attendance
Oversee bulletin board / flyer updates
Support with maintaining the calendars on the website and on Google
Decorate studio for holidays and events
Onboard new students
Tour, schedule trials and field inquiries for prospective students
Assist with planning and executing studio events as needed
Facilitate locker and studio rentals
Other duties as assigned

This position will work Monday to Thursday from 3:00/4:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturdays from 8:30am to 1:30pm (20-25 hours per week) and will receive benefits.

All candidates must:

Be 18 years of age or older
Consider themselves polite and professional
Be comfortable conducting cold telephone calls to clients
Be a self-driven problem solver
Have intermediate computer skills
Be organized
Be punctual
Be available for the occasional off-site event and event preparation
Dress in a clean and professional style
