Description

The Mental Health Therapist will report directly to the Education Director and will provide crisis response and therapeutic support services to Mamawe Awasisak Elementary School and John William Head Education Centre (high school) students. Services include providing therapy, counseling and diagnostic assessments, and counseling support to children and youth attending the Red Earth Education Authority schools. The Mental Health Therapist must have Bachelors degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field. Must be a registered Mental Health Therapist.  
Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check & Drug Test (required)
A valid drivers license;
35-hour work week, Monday to Friday 8:30-4:00 with some after-hours emergencies in keeping with personnel policies and procedures.
Salary to commensurate with education and qualifications
