Albert North Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires exceptional customer service skills, knowledge of the animal health field, and the ability to be a true team player. Interested in becoming a Veterinarian? Or Registered Veterinary Technologist? Wanting to make a difference in the life of people and their pets? Working behind the reception desk, you will become the first point of contact for our clients. From the moment they arrive, to the moment they leave, our CSRs work hard to ensure a positive customer service experience. You will be navigating through a high volume of client calls and requests, relaying medical advice from Veterinarians and Veterinary Technologists, updating medical charts, processing payments and billing, sanitizing exam rooms, and other clerical duties.
