SaskExpress is looking to add to the Regina Studio teaching faculty in the areas of Acrobatics and Hip Hop. SaskExpress prides itself on a vibrant and inclusive environment and all applications should be a team player and be equipped with a positive outlook.
Teaching Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare lesson plans.
- Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
- Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Instruct recreational and/or competitive classes
- Solos/Duo routines (where available)
- Attend milestone performances throughout the year (ex: competition(s), Christmas Cheer, year end shows etc.)
Job Specific requirements/targets:
- Wednesday evenings (Sept 7 - June 15); 5:15pm-7:45pm
- The ideal candidate holds a Level 2 Acrobatics Arts Certification or equivalent and is able to enter Acrobatics Arts exams
- Training focus on limbering and tumbling skills
- Experience in training in acrobatics or gymnastics
- Experience in teaching acrobatics or gymnastics
