Do you have a passion for working with children? Being a part of a positive work environment? Kare 4 Kids is looking for a motivated, experienced individual to fill the full-time position of Supervisor at Pilot Butte School.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Provide full-time management of the overall operation of the Pilot Butte Program
- Perform all administration duties, including collecting family payments
- Ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment for all children under your care
- Supervise, encourage, and support staff
- Work with other Program Supervisors to create Programming
- Attend (virtual & in-person) weekly staff meetings; hold individual program staff meetings as needed
- Create a sense of community and partnership with families of the program
- Liaison with school administrators
- Daily 6-hour AM/PM split shifts with 7.5 flexible administration hours (weekly average of 37.50 hrs)
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory and administrative experience
- Experience working with children
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a high energy environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Strong and consistent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working indoors and out
- A Current First Aid certificate with CPR (or be prepared to obtain one within 30 days)
- A completed clean Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Check
The position is expected to begin on August 29, 2022, or sooner for training.
