Accountable to perform a wide-range of housing unit maintenance and repairs (interior and exterior). This includes, but is not limited to, painting, dry-walling, siding, windows/doors, stippling, cement work, insulation, fences, decks, and other types of renovations. The successful candidate will: self-manage time and plan/organize work priorities; identify and/or purchase required materials and supplies; adhere to all safety related policies and procedures; provide excellent service; demonstrate flexibility; display sound judgment; have excellent interpersonal skills; and, initiative. Pursuant to section 16 and 48 of the Saskatchewan Human Rights Code, preference will be given to applicants of First Nation ancestry.
