Brandt is continuing to grow and expand our business and we are looking for hard-working, creative individuals to join our team. We are currently seeking a Product Support Engineer for our Agricultural and Equipment Solutions divisions (based in Regina).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for identifying technical or mechanical problems and standardizing solutions
-Review technical details from warranty claims and manage the Solutions/Repair Index
-Analyze product trends, and create summary reports for responsible departments, Field staff, and Dealers
-Investigate product problems, provide analysis of field information and manufacturing processes to identify root causes
-Recommend improvements to Current Product Design team
-Create product support plans and manuals for new and existing products
-Manage reporting metrics
-Evaluate product performance and Product Support efficiency
-Works closely with Design, Tooling, Quality, Manufacturing, and Field Support
-Evaluate procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues
-Available for phone/email support as required
-Perform other related duties as required
Required Skills
-Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree
-Experience with farm or agricultural equipment and/or heavy construction equipment
-Experience with manufacturing processes
-High level of problem solving skills with close attention to detail
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Works well in a team environment and independently
-High level of customer focus
