Job Description:

Duties will include:
    Ensuring farm safety protocols are followed
    Scheduling and supervising activities of farm workers
    Conducting seeding, spraying & harvesting operations and post harvest activities
    Ensuring bins and augers are logistically ready throughout the year for inventory movement
    Coordinating building and equipment maintenance schedules
    General farm duties as required
