The Community Outreach Worker is responsible for providing a broad range of support, education, and crisis intervention services to individuals affected by (or at risk for) interpersonal violence, with the goal of guiding clients to a path of self-sufficiency that includes the transfer of knowledge, strength, healthy habits, tools for change, and the confidence to make informed choices.
