Job Order Detail

Description

Processing parts orders, assisting with new and used parts sourcing (CAT and non-CAT) and processing as required.
Picking, packing and labelling customer orders.
Stocking incoming parts shipments.
Loading and unloading parts trucks.
Performing regular warehouse and housekeeping responsibilities.
Other general duties as required.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form strong relationships with customers and co-workers.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge:

Caterpillar parts product knowledge would be considered an asset.
A basic understanding of DBS, Service Information System (SIS)/ Technical Marketing Information (TMI), ProcureIT and Antares will be considered an asset.

Education & Experience:

Journeyperson Parts certification required.
