Job Description: The LPN provides accurate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care. An ability to communicate effectively with families and the health care team is required. The individual must possess a progressive and innovative approach to long-term care. Shifts consist of 8hr days and evenings with on call following most evening shifts

Required Qualifications
    Licensed with the Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses
    Practical Nursing Diploma

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    Ability to assume responsibility and work independently
    Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
    Basic computer skills
    Communication skills
    Interpersonal skills
    Organizational skills
    Valid drivers license, where required by the job

Border-Line Housing is a 36 bed LTC facility with 1 respite bed. It is connected to Senior Housing which consists of 18 assisted living and 29 independent suites. For Additional information please contact Border-Line Housing @ 306 482-3424
