P. Machibroda Engineering Ltd. (PMEL) is a Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering Consulting firm based in Saskatoon, SK. We are currently seeking a Senior Lab/Field Technician to join our Materials Testing Team. If you are looking for a dynamic opportunity in a fast-paced environment, this position might be a fit for you.
As the Senior Lab/Field Technician, youll provide direction and supervision within the lab and field to ensure safe, effective and efficient use of lab/field personnel to complete requests by their required deadlines. Youll also assist with training new team members.
The successful candidate would ideally bring a minimum of 3 years experience with a comprehensive knowledge of lab and field testing. The candidate must have a Civil Technician or Technologist diploma and be in good standing as a member of the Technology Professionals Saskatchewan. An A.Sc.T. designation would be an asset. In addition to the required technical skills, must also demonstrate flexibility, initiative, a strong work ethic and the ability to work within a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.
