Ardel Steel has established a solid reputation in the fabrication, distribution and installation of reinforcing steel and related products in Saskatchewan. We are seeking an experienced Seasonal Laborer at our Regina location.
Hours: Seasonal full time, shifts may vary.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
Operate and attend to manual and automated equipment in the production process operation.
Operate overhead cranes to move, load, and offload materials.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned work area at all times.
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
General production and yard / warehouse help as required.
The successful candidate will have:
Steel toed work boots
Ability to lift and maneuver 75lbs without physical restrictions
Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently
Good understanding of customer service for both internal and external customers
Previous production work considered an asset
Work Conditions
Highly repetitive tasks.
Ability to stand, crouch, bend, reach, and stoop for long periods of time
Heavy lifting required
