The Continuous Improvement Manager is accountable for the ongoing consultation, development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the organization for the increased operational efficiency of a world class organization. The critical success factors for this role are:

1. Operational efficiency in Sales, Estimating, Contracts, Production, Finance
2. Mutual success in productivity, safety, and quality performance
3. Positive 5S Audit Trends
4. Training and Employee Engagement in the Continuous Improvement Culture
5. Procedure based workplace
6. Implementation of strategic initiatives related to process improvement  i.e.: software, equipment  
7. Contribution to the Company Keystone KPI

The ideal candidate will have:
1. Very strong knowledge of Lean, Six-Sigma, and Continuous Improvement Methodologies.  
2. Knowledge to create and ability to deliver in-house Lean/Six-Sigma Training.
3. Strong understanding of fabrication, welding, coatings, routing and workflow to enable input into waste identification and process improvement.  
4. Strong understanding of process flow across an organization and how one department can impact one another to allow for improvement input.
5. Strong analytical and financial skills.
6. Highly organized; functional in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
7. Excellent written and verbal communications along with strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
8. Familiarity with the ISO 9001 Program Requirements
