Position:
Calian, Advanced Technologies is looking for an Engineering Technologist to join our manufacturing team!  You will use your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to conduct prescribed tests, program, set-up, operate, maintain production equipment, and provide mentorship and guidance to other Technologists.  

Responsibilities:
- You will support off-site installations and integrations for extended periods of time as required by projects.
- You will analyze systems and locate faults.
- You will work closely with senior personnel to build, test, and document prototypes, engineering development models and test fixtures.
- You will evaluate and authorize Engineering Change Orders, Non-conformance Reports, waivers/deviations, etc.
- You will generate and maintain manufacturing documentation, system documentation, and libraries.
- You will be familiar with Calian processes, including interfaces between production, production control, configuration management, quality assurance, engineering and the customer.

Qualifications:
- Two-year Electronics Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- A valid class 5 drivers license and access to a personal vehicle that can be used for work purposes
- Willing and able to travel internationally, and adhere to international travel guidelines as determined by the Government

The successful applicant will be required to work on-site at our Innovation Place facility.
