Description

Bourgault Industries is looking for a Product Specialist to join our team in St. Brieux, SK. The successful candidate will provide support to both the Service Department and Territory Sales Team in two key areas:
   i. the primary focus will be training (and development of training materials) for Bourgault dealers and customers to ensure an optimal new customer experience, and
   ii. Provide in-season field support for set-up, start-up, and product operation to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Extensive Bourgault product operational knowledge will be required, with the main focus on Air Cart and Air Drill product lines.

Responsibilities:
-Provide dealer and customer training in conjunction with coordinated on-site unit set-ups / start-ups on all Bourgault products.
-Develop training materials to support in-person and on-line methodologies.
-Address technical issues in-field with support of the CSR to ensure prompt resolution.
-Ensure our International Service and Sales teams are educated on new features and products; some limited international travel may be required.
-Communicate with dealers and customers for feedback and input on product.

Qualifications:
-Degree or diploma in the engineering, agricultural or marketing field is preferred.
-Knowledge of and interest in current agricultural practices and related technology.
-Willingness to learn new technology.
-Ability to think critically and analytically.
-Passion for the agricultural industry.
-Enjoy a hands  on work environment that supports being self-directed!
