Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide prompt, accurate, efficient and friendly service to customers.
2. Take customer orders.
3. Handle complaints and errors of a minor nature.
4. Measure and put ingredients into mixers or grinders.
5. Accurately wraps, packages, prices, labels and dates all products according to department operational policies, standards and guidelines.
6. Prepare merchandise for sale
7. Perform slicing and packaging
8. Handle, organize, and rotate products in accordance with company standards.
9. Operate equipment necessary to prepare merchandise for sale.
10. Perform general housekeeping and sanitation duties as per Association standards.
11. Provide proper maintenance of equipment, clean equipment regularly and notify manager in reference to repairs.
12. Adhere and enforce all human resources, safety and departmental policies and procedures
13. Cross train and support other departments or roles as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
1. Knowledge of promoting, selling and packing of food products
2. Good listening and communication skills
3. Ability to adhere to and uphold sanitation standards.

WORKING HOURS: Working is scheduled for 9 hours with 1-hour unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute coffee breaks. Shifts starts at 7 am,7:30 am, 8 am, 8:30 am, etc. with the last shift starting at 12:30 am and ending at 9:30 pm. Management roles typically end by 4 pm.

2. After 12 months of employment = 3 weeks paid vacation per year
