G's Cannabis Corp is aggressively looking for store supervisor who will be responsible for all daily operations of Cannabis Retail store include but not limited to Customer service, hiring and ensuring the store is in compliance with all federal and provincial rules and regulations. The store manager will be the main point of contact with SLGA and will oversee administrative and compliance duties of the retail store and will be responsible for driving and achieving sales goals.
Essential Job duties:-

3.Manage,supervise & direct the daily operations of the retail store in accordance with federal and provincial norms.
4.Maintain an in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the retail store as well as industry-wide product knowledge; provide education to retail store associates about recreational cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and consumption mechanisms
5.Oversee all aspects of receipt, storage, packaging, labeling, handling, tracking and dispensing of products containing cannabis in accordance with provincial and federal rules and regulations
6.Maintain a professional public relations image that communicates the mission for the company to the public and the cannabis industry as a whole
7.Responsible for communicating any regulatory and/or business needs to company leadership
8.Direct hiring, scheduling, development, performance reviews, discipline, promotion, or termination activities of the retail store team
9.Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications
Required:
2 + Years of retail management experience
Must be at least 19 years of age
Must have a high school diploma, or the equivalent
Associates or bachelors degree in Business or related field or commensurate experience, preferably in the retail industry
Must have a valid CannaSell License
