Description

Seeking part time bookkeeper for new quick serve franchise restaurant in Melfort.  Candidate may choose their own hours within allotted weekly time windows.  Responsibilities will include;  
-  Handling of day to day financial transactions and making bank deposits
-  Working with spreadsheets and accounting software
-  Entering invoice data and paying vendors
-  Working with the accountant to reconcile accounts
-  Producing financial reports
-  General office administration

This is a PART TIME position that has some hours available right away to get control systems developed, as well as reconciling development costs and payments for new restaurant.  Weekly tasks to begin starting in November.  Bookkeeping experience required.
