About the Role:
Working under the Manager, Public Health and Primary Health Care Services, the Senior Business Analyst role is responsible for supporting the Panorama system and all its integration aspects.

You will be expected to lead initiatives, including gathering, validating and manage business requirements, clear and concise documentation, implementation planning, training development and execution, incident management and support. You must have a passion for customer service and an aptitude for problem solving to understand their problem and be able to communicate that to others.

The Senior Business Analyst is technically sound, with a broad base of knowledge, experience and the ability to relate the technical issues to the underlying needs of the business. The role will involve being able to grasp the implications of technical details rapidly and understand their inter-relationships and the impact on the environment into which the solution will be deployed.
