The Senior Application Support Role:
The Senior Application Support  Clinical App Support is responsible for supporting the various software systems used throughout the province in both acute care (Hospital) and community based (local Pharmacy) settings.

You will be part of a team that provides application support to multi-user, mission critical, technology applications. You will research and analyze issues with existing applications and/or transactions, impact of upgrades, new releases, patches etc. on individual and integrated applications. In addition, this role may monitor production technology systems to ensure optimal performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
