MUST BE CANADIAN CITIZEN

Eligible candidate is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the hotel are kept properly stocked with clean laundry items. Works under direction from the General Manager.

    Sorts linens for washer.
    De-stain badly soiled linens.
    Operates washers and dryers properly.
    Folds all linens to hotel standards.
    Takes care of banquet and kitchen laundry.
    Washes bedspreads, bed pads, and blankets per instructions.
    Keeps laundry area neat and clean.
    Checks daily for all banquet and restaurant linen needs.
    Handles all laundry chemical products properly and advises Executive Housekeeper or General Manager of inventory levels.
    Assists Housekeepers in other areas when laundry is slow or work is caught up.
