Responsibilities:
Oversee & direct the operation of two retail fuel locations in the city, as a back-office manager
Coordinate delivery of fuel, monitor prices and ensure profitability in a low-margin, high-volume industry
Order inventory, maintain stock levels, and act as vendor liaison
Lead and mentor all team members, conduct employee evaluations
Foster a positive and inclusive environment in the workplace
Maintain the highest level of safety and environmental standards
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, a minimum of 3 years' management experience relating specifically to retail fuel is required
A high school diploma is required, and post-secondary education in a relevant field is preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated history of effective team-building, coaching and mentorship
Experience in procurement and retail inventory management
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Strong computer and data entry skills
