    Recruit, Interview, hire, train and supervise staff.
    Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
    Plan and control budget and inventory.
    Establish, implement policies and procedures for staff.
    Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency.
    Prepare and maintain sale, inventory and customers report.
    Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
    Manage facility maintenance or repair.
