Our client has an immediate need for a Receptionist with medical office and Accuro experience.
Providing front desk reception and admin support, duties will include:
- Greet walk-in visitors and incoming/outgoing patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phones, direct calls and take messages in a friendly and professional manner
- Book appointments and notify patients of any changes
- Data entry of information to set up new patient files
- Send documents via fax and file paperwork
- Make updates on the internal billing system
Education & Experience:
- Office Education Certificate, Medical Assistant and/or Customer Service training is an asset
- Related customer service and receptionist experience, preferably within a medical or related field
Personality/Desired attributes:
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette required
- The ability to prioritize and display strong organizational skills
- A professional, friendly nature and genuine commitment to work as a team to support patient needs
