The candidate should have a strong, proven background in sales with an aptitude for building relationships of trust. You will develop, coordinate, and execute an account strategy for each customer to ensure consistent, excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Develop new and maintain current relationships with a select portfolio of key customers at the senior most level
- Present effective solutions which will increase customer spend, loyalty and retention
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer requirements while remaining alert and responsive to changing customer needs.
- Anticipate the evolution of customer demands and translate those into service offerings
- Manage accounts by building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, proactively identifying opportunities for sales, being the product and service expert, and introducing additional solutions and services
- Work closely with all levels of the organization to ensure consistent, exceptional customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular customer status reports, including activity, progress reports, business reviews, and forecasts using key account metrics
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback
- Travel will be required on a regular basis
Experience & Qualifications:
- University Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Commerce
- Minimum of 5 years sales, marketing or industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years sales management experience
- Proven experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
