Description

The Opportunity:
    Assist the Talent Attraction function with full cycle recruitment including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, and preparing new hire packages.
    Track and manage department travel, expenses, subscriptions, invoice payment, and reporting.
    Prepare HR employee documentation such as employment offer letters, job descriptions, etc. and assist with the development, tracking, and revision of HR policies.
    Support with the research and analysis of various HR programs and priorities including compensation administration, performance management, talent development, talent acquisition, etc.  
    Oversee and coordinate the HR calendar of events, managing priorities and bookings, supporting the planning and implementation of various HR employee and other special events.
    Provide administrative support for meetings and committees, including preparing agendas, notices, presentations, minutes, and resolutions for meetings.

You have:
    Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Administrative Assistant, or a related field.  
    Minimum two years of experience providing HR administrative support.
    Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
