We are seeking a Landscaping/Maintenance Associate. Hours of work are between 7am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri. Overtime and On Call Rotation required.

Responsibilities Include:
-Ensure the health, comfort & safety of our Customers
-Ensure site cleanliness, by picking up all garbage & pet waste around the site
-Complete Customer Requests For Maintenance as required
-Snow & ice removal, sanding & salting, completion of snow & ice removal logs
-Lawns; cut, trimmed, watered, edged, & free of weeds
-Applying weed killer & fertilizer as required
-Parking lots maintenance
-Spring and Fall clean-up
-Painting halls, suites, parkades & other areas as assigned by the Area Coordinator
-Ability to operate the Bobcat & also perform regular maintenance & tune-ups to the bobcat & attachments
-Vacant suite maintenance & touch ups as per established quality standards
-General common area & building maintenance
-Preventative Maintenance inspections & reporting
-Perform on call emergency maintenance / landscaping
-Complete other tasks assigned by the Area Coordinator
