WHO YOU ARE- Candidates will have the following qualifications:

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
-Answering and directing phone calls
-Greeting clients with a personable manner
-Managing payments in person.
-Maintaining organized reports of accounts receivable
-Responding to inquiries between clients and staff
-Handling mail & scheduling couriers
-Completing a variety written communications & data entry


Job requirements:

-High school diploma
-Some post secondary would be an asset
-Previous experience in customer service(preferred)
-Proficient in word processing software
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized
-Problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as a team
