We have an exciting opportunity for an Office/Parts Administrator in our Melfort branch. This is a full-time position with a schedule that will include weekends.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Greeting/assisting customers
*Handling mail
*Filing and coding invoices
*Balancing internal accounts
*Entering/verifying orders and investigating invoice discrepancies
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:
*Highly motivated team player with a friendly and outgoing manner
*Strong drive to provide exemplary customer service via telephone or in-person interactions
*Experience in administration support including invoicing, expense coding and inventory control
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
