Responsible for the order, receipt, and inspection and storage of raw materials and supplies used in the preparation of baked goods
Measures and mixes raw ingredients, bakes, decorates and wraps items.
Maintain and ensures compliance with Local Co-op standards and government food and sanitation health and safety standards.
Responsible for providing information, assistance, and exceptional customer service to all customers.
Displays and prices bakery products and assists customers with small or large special orders.
Tracks how long products can be displayed and sold and ensures that all raw and finished goods adhere to quality and food safety standards.
